Activity Summary in Leads is blank

We are seeing that the Activity Summary pop-up is not showing the history details. This works in Accounts and Contacts but we cannot get it to work for any Lead.

I have no customizations in place and have run the repair for the Leads module. Any suggestions?

Same problem here!

The "View History" Popup works fine for Accounts, but for Leads, it doesn't show the calls! However, the notes in the history are shown, even for the leads, but no calls.

I set the logging level on "Error" and in sugarcrm.log I find:

Fri Oct 2 00:15:48 2009 [6981][1][FATAL] XXX XXXX XXXXX

The Xs stand for the lead's phone number. Is there perhaps a problem with the db query?

I upgraded this sugar version from 4.5.1 to 5.2.0j... I repaired the modules, the database etc but nothing worked. I also noticed, that the last column's heading "Date" is missing if something something is displayed (also for Accounts).

Ok, I solved it! The problem where the empty tables "calls_leads" and "meetings_leads". I wrote a little script to copy the needed records from "calls" and "meetings" and now everything works fine!
