Using SugarCRM 4.5 beta.

I would like to add the ACCOUNT NAME column to the MY LEADS Dashlet on the homepage. I've been wanting to do this for several versions now. Does anyone know how to achieve this?

I edited it in the new version and don't see ACCOUNT NAME in the list of Hidden Columns.
