Add address to Meetings Module 4.5 vardefs?

Basicly I have cloned the meetings module and called it Jobs. Now I have some things im trying to do

1. when I select contacts and then a specific contact from subpanel I will have address field populate with contacts info
so I would have seperate forms for street address, city , state , zip etc... and all of this will be filled in when contact is selected in the schedule job section.

2. after the job/meeting has been created the address info will disply on detail , list and all other pages that report that jobs info

Any help would be appreciated. I havent slept in 2 days so I apologize if i dont explain well.

I understand I must edit vardefs listviewdefs is this correct and how?
