Add "To:" Column to Sent Emails?

Within the Email module there's several SugarCRM folders, one called "Sent Emails". It would be nice to be able to view who the email was sent "To". At the moment, I can only see the "From", "Subject" and "Date Recieved" fields. Is there any easy way to add the "To:" field.

I was looking through the InboundEmail module file: InboundEmail.php and noticed a function which seems to create the XML output: function "displayFetchedSortedListXML". I assume this could define the data, but what about the view? Is there anyway to adjust the AJAX view?

I just looked at 5.0.d and To field is there in the sent mail AJAX view.

I'm not sure what's causing the issue with the fields. I assume it could be one of two things.

1.) IMAP Interaction with MS Exchange
2.) Sugar CRM Customizations

Any ideas? I'm thinking about trying a fresh install on our training/staging server and then give the email accounts a try. This email module is so frustrating.

I just installed a fresh version of SugarCRM CE 5.0.0d on our training/staging server and I get the same issues. I only see the Importance Flag, Reply Flag, From (Name & Email), Subject and Date Received fields in the email AJAX listing view. There's no To: field.

Not sure if it's because of the MS Exchange server IMAP (UTF-8), the Linux Server IMAP/PHP module, or the SugarCRM code. Any guesses?

I seee now what you are talking baout. You want the To Column in the email list view. I thought that you are talking about Email detail view i.e. when you click on the email, you see the body of the email and thats where we display To field.

almost 2 months ago now but. What this is all about is: The Sent Email folder shows when listed only a From: column. As the user I always see my name as I am the one who's sending. It would be nice if one can see a list of the To: addresses since I am looking in the folder Sent Emails.

Is there a way where I can adjust the column or should I indeed change a php file? Of'course without disturbing the From-column in the Inbox list.

I'm running version 5.0.0f and I get tihe "to" column (attached image) although I do have to ensure I select the "Sent" folder.
