Add contacts from accounts to target list?

Hi guys,

I want to send an email to all contacts and accounts whose companies fall within my "frontline" list of types.

It's easy to select accounts with the "Frontline" attribute but how can I specify that I want all contacts within these accounts to be added as well?

I hope I don't have to go into each contact and assign them the "frontline" label too...

Additionally, I am wondering how to handle the tracker URL. Do I need to upload a site that I specify here, or what? Can't find this answer in Sugar for Dummies - it just skips merrily past the actual detail on that one.

Am on Sugar 6.0.2.

Just make a report that produces the correct output and add from there.

Thanks - but there is no report option that offers contacts by account. Do I need to have a certain reporting module installed?

I'm looking for a similar solution; pick contacts that our industry xyz. Industry xyz data of course is inputed at the account level. I'm on the hunt if I have found something then I will advise. I'm seeking a solution which edits php, etc. This should be a regular function in sugarcrm or its extensions.

I did not. I was searching for a user friendly solution, rather than a techie - go play in the code - type of answer. The demo version of 'enhanced search' was great. Unfortunately the annual purchase price seemed high to me.
