Add custom code field in subpanel view

Hi all,

i want to add custom code field in my sub panel view. i searched it on previous post but i didnt get any perfect answer. I also want to do the same thing which post in this link:https://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39343

so anyone tel me is this possible or not ?? and possible so how to do that ???
