Add a custom field to Tasks?

My company has just upgraded from 2.5 to 4.5. We used a custom field in "Tasks" to track our time. We need the same setup in 4.5. Unfortunately, when I log in as admin and go to "Studio," I do not see an option to modify "Activities" or "Tasks" (only "Project Tasks").

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

OK, I have added a custom field to tasks_cstm table and migrated my old "custom_fields" table data (fro m2.5 db).... Now how do I add the field to the Edit/Detail layouts for "Tasks?" Again, I do not see "Tasks" when I go to Studio and select "Edit Modules"
