add a document subpanel to Task module in 5.2

I add the document subpanel to task module from the studio by add a one to many relationship between task and document. I see the document subpanel under the task,and i can "select" a document.But when i use the "create document",the document created without attachment.
In the document mode,it can be create properly.Where am i wrong?
