Add Dropdown - Nothing happens when I click it?

When I try to add a new drop down, the top of the web page says "Done" but I see no new fields or an ability to change a drop down.

I've been able to, without problem, add new custom fields.

No custom modules installed.

Linux with Apache. Using a2hosting.com

Try installing Firebug on firefox and use the net monitoring to watch what happens on the HTTP response.

You can also check the PHP error logs, which are likely in /var/log/apache2/error_log

to see if there's anything going on there.
