Sorry but this is perhaps a stupid question as I am new to CRM and SugarCRM in particular.

I want to do a 'simple' task. I want to have a field for each couple campain - target where I can set further information, ie 'Call back', 'Not interested', ...

From what I understood, for non-email based campaign I can just transform targets to leads or contacts but nothing else.
