Add a "File" type field

Hi everybody,

I'm currently trying to add a field to add an attachment in the "Task" module. This is probably a dumb question, but when I go into the studio and try to add a new field into the "Tasks" module, I cannot see a field type that would implicate attachments. I went into the administration of the "Documents" module since I know that an attachment can be added to that section already to have an idea on what type of field to use, but it seems that the field for the attachment is not listed. It is listed in the "Layout" section, but nothing in the "Fields" section.

Would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction?

Hi,
Creating such custom field is difficult .I tried but failed .
There is one way to do that while creating module u if u select module type to be 'file' then this will provide inbuilt file type.
