Add files in quick compose doesn't work

Hi i try to attach a file in a quick compose popup and nothing happen i click in the butto add files and nothing so click in the add documents at this works fine and if i go to the email module the attach file works fine is a bug?

Same problem - the button works from the emails section, but not the quick compose popup... Does anyone have any ideas?
