Add Labels/Index in Advance Options-Import Leads

Please help! I am trying to add a couple of options in the window that you can verify duplicates in , in the 3rd Step of Importing Leads, in the Advanced Options. I want to add a few other labels/indexes other than the ones given by the system initially witch are :
Account Name,
Last Name, First Name,
Opportunity ID
Account ID
....
etc
