Good day Sugar Community,
I have an issue requiring I add multiple (between 10-20) general user customer service email addresses/accounts to each of my Sugar users' mail configuration. Essentially, I need to be able to have all of my Customer Service reps send as the Customer Service mailbox for each of up to 20 different clients.
Is there a centralized way to do this? Or am I required to add each individual address as an account to each user's email configuration?
I have been working under the impression that the latter is the case, and really hope I am wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
