add opportunity to target list

How do you add an opportunity to a target list from inside the target list module? I don't see where you can do so, nor can I see where you can edit the target list module from the Studio to add opportunities. I guess the real question is how do you access the target list module from the Studio?

I am not sure there is a way to add an opportunity to a target list as target lists are made up of people records (Contacts, leads, accounts and the like) and Opportunities are not people records.

Target lists are not part of studio either as it are not a normal module, it is more of a relationship than a module.

I think it would be possible to add opportunities to target lists programicly by manually adding a relationship to the metadata but I am not sure what that would do to the functionality of Campaigns since Opportunities doesn't have an email field and campaigns is primarily concerned with emails.
