Add some descriptive text to a edit and detail view

Hi All

I would like to add some simple descriptive text to the Edit view or the Detail view of a form. Basically I just want toadd some instructions or notes so as users can be warned of something when they enter data.

I would like to put in a few lines of text, just below the Panel heading. I woudl prefer not to use the Panel heading since I want that to be used for the actual heading. See the pic below for where I mean.



Any ideas?
