add a subpanel with version 4.2.1

Hi
with the 4.2.1 studio version is it possible to modify the different module views and modify the existing subpanel content for a module.
But is it possible to add a subpanel that doesn't exist in a module with the studio.
For exemple for the project module I can select 3 subpanel (project task, contact and account) and edit the layout for them. But I want to link my project with an oportunity and see oportunities as a subpanel. Is it possible to add this subpanel without coding?

Adding a Subpanel Without Coding is probably not possible. There is no such option through studio as per my knowledge.
