Adding account contacts to target list

Hello, I am using Sugar CE 5.5.1.

I have accounts with a custom status field '2010 account'. Each account can potentially have up to 5 contacts: Agency, General, Billing, Directory, Admin.

I would like to create a target list from the contacts in these specific accounts, but only one contact from each account should be added to the target list. For example, if there is an Agency contact (specified in custom field) that contact is assigned. If there is not an agency but there is a general, the General contact is assigned and so on.

I have been searching for the solution but have yet to find it. Can anyone help point me in the right direction here?

Well until now I was able to write some custom code that accomplished the task. I'm now back to this and hoping someone has some insight.
