Hello,
What IS working : when adding a bug from within the account's own page (the 'Create' option), the bug then appears in this client's list.
But...
What is NOT working: when adding a bug as a 'general' bug, there's no way of telling the CRM that this bug should have a relationship with any account.
I've tried adding a custom 'related' field, but for no avail. Even though a related account is selected, the bug doesn't appear on the account's bug list.
Any thoughts?
