We would still use the calls tab to schedule calls but it just looks like too much trouble when looking at an account or a contact to simply log a call that has been completed and the results of that call.
I'm extremely new to this application and sure would appreciate any input. This is for a small business development/telemarketing operation and although not a programmer, I'm not opposed to editing a PHP file or two.
