adding a description for history subpanel?

I am trying to show the description field for the history subpanel under Accounts but cannot figure out where to start.

I searched and found some old threads but nothing for current versions.

Has anyone done this before? (I am using version 5)

The history subpanel is the hardest one to modify as it is really a merge of 3 or 4 different subpanels into one. To make changes to it you need to manually change the definitions of ALL of the ForHistory.php subpanels in Calls, tasks, meetings and emails. All of these files have to have the same columns in the same order so that the merge will work. And remember in 5.0 after you make changes to anything you have to run a quick repair from the admin->repair menu.
