    Default Adding fields to the Case form...

    I'm wondering if it's possible to add more fields to the Case form in Sugar.

    Eg, Under "Status" a dropdown or form that would say "Under Warranty" and etc.

    I'm trying to make it work similiar to a Ticket system, but obviously the lack of forms to fill out makes it not exactly the most detailed thing in the world.

    Look at the Studio functions in Sugar (Admin->Sugar). Here you can add, delete change fields, create dropdown lists, rename text fields to customise fields to your requirements. Great thing is, you don't lose your changes when a new version is installed. Hope this helps
