    Default Adding javascript to SearchForm.html

    Hi everyone,

I need to add some javascript code to make work some dynamic menus in the SearchForm view, Advanced search.

When i add it before the last line of code, and after execute it nothing is working.

When I take a look at the source code file generated I can't see my javascript code, so I guess I didn't put it in the right file.

i need to make it works under Accounts, and Leads, Advanced Search for both of them.

    Any help ?

    Thanks,

    version 4.5.1e

    Hi

Are you sure that there is no error in your JS code.

I think that properly inserted JS should work in SearchForm.html.

    Hi,
if you look here you can find Heilong's code an my suggestions are just a post later: http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showp...9&postcount=12
I tried to help Heilong, but I'm not a real javascript coder, even if I understand a little javascript code, and I'm using sugar 5 while Heilong is running 4.5.1e.
in my opinion, the issue in those file has something to do with the position of javascript code: function's definitions are after the calls to those functions. what do you think?
What do you think the cookie monster eats ?
