    Default Adding a lead to an account

    I am starting to use sugarcrm ce for my small real estate company. The way I am using it is that an account is a specific property that I have a listing for. If I get a call or email about that specific property I create a lead under that account with the contacts information. Most the time these leads end up not being converted for whatever reason. Maybe they called about a rental listing that has one bedroom and they want 3, a lot of times it is not in our interest to dind them a 3 bedroom so we either refer it or suggest they keep looking on their own.

    I have sometimes accidently added a lead to general leads and did not create it under a specific account. How do i move a lead and associate it with an account?

    Any suggestions for me in general on a way to utilize sugarcrm for my business?

    You go to the account. There in the subpanel "Leads" you can select the one you need.

    I cant believe I missed the button saying "select" while in my account and looking at the list of leads. Thank you.
