    Default Adding a specific case to a bug

    Hello:

    I'm new to sugar and am working with a trial account. I want to assign or add a particular case to a bug. For example: customer calls in and a case is opened. Support determines that the case involves a production defect. A bug is opened and the case is notated/indexed in the bug record.

    I have tried the Studio but cannot find a "lookup" option that looks up a value from a module to add as a custom field in another module.

    On another note, would be great if we could attach screenshots and documents to a bug record.

    You can link a bug to a case (or vice versa) by using the "Select" button on the case subpanel on the bug screen. This allows you to link one or more cases to a bug.

    You can attach documents and files to a bug by using the "Create Note or Attachment" button on the History subpanel on the bug screen.
