Hello:
I'm new to sugar and am working with a trial account. I want to assign or add a particular case to a bug. For example: customer calls in and a case is opened. Support determines that the case involves a production defect. A bug is opened and the case is notated/indexed in the bug record.
I have tried the Studio but cannot find a "lookup" option that looks up a value from a module to add as a custom field in another module.
On another note, would be great if we could attach screenshots and documents to a bug record.
