Addition of a value to a combobox

Hi there,
I am wondering if someone could help me with fhe following issue.
I want to add a value to the combo box: "Related to:" (it is located in Activities, Historial). The value which I need and is not there is: Campaign (because for example, a call or some history info could be related to it).
I tried to find the related table, but without success.

Do you want to add a new option into Dropdown Relate to into Activities modules (Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Notes)?
If yes so you need to add this option into dropdowns:
record_type_display_notes
parent_type_display
record_type_display
