The additional details window under leads is being displayed for members of the admin group who have full access. A user group I've created which has also had roles assigned will not display the little down arrow nor the popup window. It's just simply not there. I've successfully added a user to the admin group and after logging back in have had access to the additional details popup. Putting him back in the user group removed his abilities to see the popup.
What role rights are necessary to be able to see the additional details info?
