Additional Email notifications

Hi,
I've a basic requirement of assigning more notifications.

The requirement goes :
* Whenever an Assignment happens, I need a mail to be generated to three people :
1. The user to whom the task/opportunity/etc. is assigned to - This is already done
2. The person to whom the assigned person reports to - This is recorded in the "Reports To" field in Employees
module
3. The person who assigned the task - This is also recorded in "Created By" field.

Anyway, this could possibly be assigned.
I looked into Teams and Team notifications. But this is only a group of 3 .. I can't create so many permutations and combinations for this to happen.

Thanks Angel. I could understand the blog about how this whole thing works. But since I'm new to SugarCRM and not an expert with PHP, can you help me code this ?
