addressgrabber contactgrabber any suggestions for auto import

Mac/firefox/mail users with SugarCRM. Looking for someone that has solved the email contact/import into Sugar. I understand that ExapleLeadCapture.php is useful for form based collection - what I am after is automating the population from emails that I receive into SugarCRM.

Were a MAC OS X shop and happy with SugarCRM & Firefox. I could switch to WindowsXP if there is an off the shelf solution that you can recommend - but I would rather stay with what I have.

I don't know any solution for Mac...

...but on our WinXP clients we use a tool called "ContactGrabber" (http://www.one-click-easy.de/contactgrabber_en.htm). It is also sold on SugarExchange.

Thanks. I will look and see if they have a Mac version or give it a try on the Windows box. Does contractgrabber work pretty good i.e = often on incoming emails with contact info? Cheers.

Well, it does not fully automate the population process. You have to do a few clicks to save contact informations from any source into sugar (outlook, excell, salesforce etc.). But we are quite happy with it, because it saves us a lot of time.
