Adjusting lead source.

I'd like to do the following:

01. Change the name of "lead source" to "category".
02. Change the drop down menu to become a multi-select version during contact/lead creation.
03. Add "lead source" to Accounts (or change Industry to Lead Source) and have it appear as a search option in target list creation.

I think I can rename "lead source" in the studio, but would that have the domino effect of changing wherever it has been applied to? Ditto with changing the menu to multi-select?

This line of thought is from the fact that in the target lest creation/edit screen, lead source appears as a search criteria option for contacts and leads. I can't add my custom
categories as a searchable option without the grief of installing "non-upgrade safe" options or doing some programming. I'm no coder/programmer!
