Admin/Configuration page does not save (4.2.0d)

Hi,
i just upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.2.0d and whatever i change on the Admin --> Configuration page, is NOT saved.
It is at once showing the original values/entries.

No error message. (Not even in the logfile after switching the loglevel to even "debug").

Any idea, where i can look?

I guess, these values are not stored in the database. So maybe a right problem.

I am running it on a windows server with IIS.

Is your config.php writable by the webserver?
This is the file that is written to when you hit save.

having the same problem. And yes config.php has full permissions by IUSR_

Where can I set the Listview Items per page in the database, right now its set to 1 - and since I can't save the page, its a pain. Where can I change it in the database to hard code it at least. Or if someone has a fix on how to get the page to save.

The setting for this is not in the database. It is in the config.php, which you can manually edit.
The directive for the number of listview items per page is 'list_max_entries_per_page'

As for the saving issue, I'd like to know what version of PHP you are using?
