Admin control

Hello.. Is there a way that the admin of the CE 6.1 Built receives emails (or some sort of a notification) which lets him know wich user has done which thing? So this way the admin could receive many emails and be in the loop of everything which goes on in the Sugar CRM 6.1.

Any ideas as how this could be done?

The idea is to track "general" movements
Which user:
- Created a contact
- Created an account
- Opened a project
- Created a task, Bug
- Who scheduled a meeting, phone call, etc..

Is there a way how to track these user "movements"?

As far I understand you want to notify Admin User whenever some user create some record.
So the solution would be create a logic_hook before_save at custom/modules/logic_hooks.php
