Admin does not want sales reps to see leads

ok So here is my problem. I have a sales force. They call people and get the "yes i want it" and then the reps assign the lead to me admin. If they go into the leads section they can see all the leads for the whole system. I know they can select the show only my items check box but they can just turn it off and see everyone's leads. This leaves the door open for people to steal other peoples leads or sell them to the competition. Can someone tell me how to turn this off. I have looked and looked...

Goto Admin>Roles and set up a Role called "Sales" ... set the permissions for Leads so that it reads View>Owner

Assign sales people to role Sales
