admin email options explanation

I'm still somewhat new to the functions of sugar. I was wondering if someone more experienced could give me a synopsis of what the three admin sectins for email can set up/accomplish with the sugarcrm application. Email Settings, Inbound Mail, and Manage Email Queue. I have somewhat of an idea but a good explanation of each would be greatly appreciated.

Email Settings: Your general e-mail settings - options are clear - plus Campaign options

Inbound Mail: All inbound mailboxes - Your personal (nobody can see) and the Group ones (everyone can see)

Manage Email Queue: Used for outbound e-mail campignes - IE for promos, newsletters etc....

Good questions as this is poorly documented in SugarCRM
