Admin tools disappeared please some help here

I have a great problem with admin tools i don't have any i cant repair and rebuild, the version of sugar is Sugar 5.0 Community edition.

and the system users have trouble with receiving emails, i can't do anything right now because the failure with admin module, can't have access to repair and rebuild. Please i nees some help here

Is this a fresh install or upgrade from a previous version?

Which language are you using?

Hello, thank you for your concern.
It's a fresh install i'm using PHP5 and MySQL on linux Red Hat Geento Distribution, it worked for a while good without any trouble.
I had some troubles recentrly with emails, from other webmail server, that's why i needed to use "Repair and Rebuild Tool" on email modul because i got a "Critic Error" then it was fine but the next day I wanted to use admin tools it desappeared...

Do you see the "en_us.lang.php" file in modules/Adminostration/language and cache/modules/Administraiton/language?

Yes i see that file "en_us.lang.php" and it's empty without source code, any idea of the problem?

Is the en_us.lang.php in the both directories blank? I don't know why this happened, but for the moment, unzip the original installer and find the same file, then copy it to the directories.

Ohhh!!! Great Thank you very much I don't have word's to express my gratitude, now i can see once again the admin utilities, but i'm afraid this would happen again, should I use "Rebuild and restore"??? or maybe that command caused this problem? because that was the last admin command I used before this issue...

I don't know why this happend exactly, but the Repair function might have failed to write a language file for some reason.
