Administration: Home page is missing some graphics and text

When I load the administration page I get the following text plus a bunch of missing grapics with the URL http://www.xxxx.com/{IMAGE_PATH}blank.gif

{START_LINK} {PREVIOUS_LINK} {NEXT_LINK} {END_LINK} {START_RECORD} - {END_RECORD} of {ROW_COUNT}

Name User Name Department Email Primary Phone Admin

{USER.FIRST_NAME} {USER.LAST_NAME} {USER.USER_NAME} {USER.DEPARTMENT} {USER.EMAIL1} {USER.PHONE_WORK} {USER.IS_ADMIN}

I just did a fresh install and applied the A patch.. Anyone have any ideas ?

Okay fixed the problem sort of I found a D version on the site today and since i'm just starting out I did a fresh install of the D release and now I get the following error message just after the tables are created.

Fatal error: Class logger: Cannot inherit from undefined class loggercategory in /home/public_html/crm/log4php/Logger.php on line 34

Maybe go back to the A version ?

Okay repeated the same process with Firefox 0.9 and no problems...damn IE.
