I am attempting to add the "Created By" or "Assigned To" fields to search cases by. Although I can add the fields to the form, they do not appear to be used to filter results.

To test, I input exact values from a known case into one of the desired fields, and leave the rest blank. The search yields no results.

Any suggestions?
