After install, all tabs missing.

I initially had SugarSuite installed on this machine and everything was fine. I was forced to reload apache2 and tried to move my install of sugar from the /var/www/html root to /usr/local/apache2/htdocs instead. Now, when I bring up my homepage, there is a lot missing! I am obviously missing something...I just have no idea what. Any suggestions? See attached screen shots of login screen and then after logging in.

Operating system type and version - Fedora Core 4
SugarSuite version - 4.2.1b
Webserver type and version - Apache 2.0.54
PHP version - 5.0.4
MySQL server version - 5.0.24

My error log is littered with these messages

I reloaded PHP, but used version 5.0.3. After the recompile, everything was good to go again.
