After installing Sugar in IIS7/SQL Server, it never loads

Hello,

Ive tried everything and read lots of stuff on the internet and no answer to my problem.
I have installed Sugar in Windows Server 2008 64-bit IIS 7 and SQL Server 2008, with no problems.
Just after installing, if I try to load Sugar, the browser stays trying to load for minutes and finally comes up with an "Internal Server Error 500".
I've tried everything, from file permissions to fiddling with the generated web.config. I verified PHP with a test file and it's working correctly.

Anyone with the same problem?

Anybody? I can't believe noone has had this problem before.
Oh, and SugarCRM version is 6.0.1

I have exactly the same issue and Sugar Support seem to be unsure about it too.

Did you ever find a resolution?

I recently ran into something similar and it was the result of something within the web.config file. I am not an expert at IIS, so I am not entirely sure what a 'bare bones' web.config would look like, but try giving that a look.
