    Post After Update, Accounts "Assigned to:" Field No Longer Displays User Name

    The Cause:
    Recently Successfully Applied the Update: Version 5.2.0k (Build 5837) (SugarCE)
    Accounts did not retain their detail view, list view and edit views.
    I adjusted these views in the studio to reflect the old views.

    The Issue:
    A. All fields display correctly except the "Assigned to:" field in both edit and detail view.
    B. Oddly enough, the "Assigned to:" field displays correctly in the list view.
    C. Edit, Detail and List views have no problem displaying the "Assigned to:" fields in other modules such as Opportunities and Contacts.

    What I have Tried:
    A. Repairing all modules through the repair utility.
    B. Rolling back the detail and edit views to the oldest version
    C. Removed "assigned to:" from the edit and detail views, deployed, and re-added, then deployed

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    System Specifications:
    Sugar Version: 5.2.0k (Build 5837)
    Sugar Edition: SugarSuite CE
    Category: Accounts
    Operating System: Windows Small Business Server 2003
    PHP Version: 5.2.5
    Database: MySQL 5.0.27-community-n
    Web Server: Apache 2.2.6

    Were the only modifications through Studio or have you done code changes too?

    Studio only. I dare not approach the PHP without knowing exactly what it is I am editing and I always back up the old PHP file if I do. Never made any changes to it in this instance - did all my view editing through the studio.

    Studio is a pain in the nether regions ... so what does the Assigned to field show/do?

    It's just blank in both edit and detail views - but in list view (on searches) the assigned user shows up.

    Well, it shows the "Assigned to:" portion on the left, but there is no value on the right, it's just blank.

    Do you have any custom module installed? Like OQC?

    Yes actually, OQC is installed. Is that a known issue?

    We looked at that last night ..... we don't have that module installed
