Upgraded 4.5b to 4.5d

I get bunch of errors on different tasks:

e.g.
when trying to update a bug
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_escape_string() in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\sugar\include\database\MssqlHel per.php on line 276

When trying to view the Contacts
SQL Error : Invalid object name 'contacts_cstm'.


Anyone has any idea how to remedy this?
