After upgrade to 4.5.0x -- Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file

If you:

* a) are seeing the following error on the upload page in the Upgrade Wizard:

Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file

* b) just upgraded to 4.5.0x from 4.2.1x

This is a known issue with a known workaround. All you have to do is clear your session with the webserver. You can do so by simply restarting all your browser windows.

Once you go back to the Upgrade Wizard, you should not see that error anymore, but instead the full form to upgrade.
