About LinkBacksAfter upgrading whenever i want to add a dashlet or change the dashlet view it just says loading the whole time and does nothing?

Install the FireBug plugin for Firefox, open it up and select the NET tab from the Firebug window and then click on the control. Firebug SHOULD show you what is going on and if there is an error it might show it to you.
You might have to edit your php.ini file and turn on display_errors for this to work.
