Hello André, I am using Sugar CE5.2.c and the module that I am talking about is one of the OQC (OpenQuotesAndContracts).

Are you facing this issue only on OQC package or on every modules?
Make sure the attribute site_url points to the same address you access through browser.

The problem just happens in oqc modules. You lost me in your last comment, where is that info?

The ajax feature on sugar uses the value for $sugar_config['site_url'] as system address. If the value for this attribute into config.php is other than the address you access through your browser you may face issues on auto-complete feature.

Solved, thanks for help André .. again.
Btw.. the error was that a mandatory field was hidden, and that made the module goes nuts.
