I have been setting up several workflows and alert email templates and I would like to modify my messaging to be closer to the messages that are generated automatically by sugar. If you insert the following in the body of the email, {::href_link::KBDocuments::href_link::}, you get a link which says click here. I have been scanning the forums and university but i am not sure wat syntax is available to modify the label of that insert command.
