Sugar: 5.2.0.j Community Edition
I am trying to use the email alert feature when assigning leads to users. I have checked the admin settings (Turn Notifications On) and the user profile (Notify on Assignment) to receive alerts. However, the alerts are not happening. This is reproducing in Process Manager to.
I CAN have meeting notifications sent via email and I CAN send / receive email in the email module.
I have confirmed this happens in the Mail Transfer Agent for both SMTP and SendMail.
I know there are other postings on this similar situation but nothing really fit.
I am trying to get SugarCRM set up as fast as possible as I would like to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics over to SugarCRM.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
