Hi Everyone.

For a while now i've been having an intermittent problem with trackers now working for some users in certain campaigns. This has always been solved before by having someone else sign in and edit the marketing email. Or by building the campaign from scratch in the wizard.

However now it seems that no matter what i try no links i add as trackers will work. The link either does not respond when clicked.. Or just goes to an error window.

I have tried using old campaigns and new campaigns, different browsers and multiple log-ins...

Nothing works. They all seem dead.

When i copy and paste the hyper link from one of the emails I see this -

Is this what I should be seeing?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
