Seems like your language file somehow got damaged.
Take a look at include/language/en_us.lang.php to see if the labels it should have are actually in there. If they are, the system might be having a problem reading the file due to a permissions issue. If they are not, restore that file from a backup or from another instance of Sugar (same version).

I looked into the include directory and all permissions are in good order. I 777'd them just to be sure. The language files looked great to me.
I went ahead and setup a test environment with a fresh install of Sugar. I then moved over the modules, custom and upload directories as well as the config file.
So far everything looks great in the test environment. Even taking the language files from the test environment and moving them to the production environment didn't fix the issue.
Good news is the test environment is working great. I would however still like to find out what is up here lol.
