Allocate some leads to some people

Hello,
Does anybody knows how to allocate and allow to access some people to some leads with the Community Edition? I mean, let's work with an example:
Let's say i'm Sales manager in an international company.
I have to sales representative :
- one is in Europe
- one in in North America

In my leads list, I have all my prospects: North American prospects + European prospect

I would like my North American sales representative only access and see North American prospect, and I would like my European Sales representative only access and European prospects.

Does it exist any manner to do that on the Community Edition ?

I need help for free.If anyone know how to do it, I'm interesting in knowing how.
If I use the Community Edition it is because my budget is extremly low.

Actually you can install either Security Suite or CE Teams.
Both modules restrict access to a specific records for a specific user/group of users.

Apparently the team module allow to choose which modules is allocated to which team, but not to allocate specific records (otherwise, could you please explain me how to do it)
What I would like is to allocate only some leads to some people.
Is there any solution to do it ?

With SecuritySuite you'd go to the record and assign the team in the SecurityGroups subpanel. This will give the team access to the record. The amount of access (rights) will be determined by the team's/user's roles assigned to them.
