Allow Users to choose their prefered language in "My Account"

How can I let each user select his preferred language in "My Account"?
And it would be nice if sugar resets his setting files when he does this, to make the changes visible.

Also, I have lots of users "stuck" in one language, and I can't figure out the trick to make it change. The only think I have seen to work is to reset the users settings and clear his temporary internet files over and over until it works..

Any ideas? A solution to the first question would be best

EDIT: For those as stupid as me. The solution is simple: Logout of SugarCRM, put in your account and password and click the "options" button. If you have installed adtional languages it will allow you to choose them here.
